*** Regarding Scaling, Normalisation & Equalisation in SSC Exams
As per the SSC / DOPT "it's not possible to conduct exam in one go due to high number of applicants. So they always prepared sets of same difficulty level under the guidance of experts"16 Evening Shift & 09 Evening Shift Candidates are claiming that their paper was tough. Some People are comparing difficulty with SSC CGL 2014,19 Oct Morning Shift Exam. In my Opinion 19 Oct morning paper was tough paper, But this time Papers was not tough. Both evening shift papers are lengthy. As Some aspirants given more time to Maths / Reasoning Section due to lengthy Calculations & unable to solve other parts. But both morning shift papers were cakewalk.
Some dissatisfied candidates are saying that there should be scaling process in SSC exams; some are saying that ssc will conduct another exam for them & some are pressing that CGL Tier 1 should be of qualifying nature. SSC does not follow any scaling rule & may be it will not introduce any scaling in SSC CGL 2015, as process of CGL 2015 is in half way and Re-exam is next to impossible. As they mentioned in the notification that Tier 1 may be of Qualifying nature, so it is  the only possibility. But it's only possible when they will conduct tier 2 online. If SSC made the tier 1 of qualifying nature in CGL 2015 exam process than it will disadvantage for 09th & 16th August Morning Session candidates only. In CGL 2014, 19 Oct morning candidates were also claimed that level of difficulty of their paper is high than other shift candidates & protested against SSC & also threatened to file the case against SSC. But nothing happen and in last SSC declared the result without any Scaling.
